Magic Mouse stalling in 10.7.3 (combo)

as title. has else encountered this? slows down intermittently. new batteries in mouse.

i'm on 10.7.3 , use magic mouse , mouse fine, right it's mouse pointer weighs 100lb. have move 10x further physically move inch on screen. have 2 magic mouse , both , not related battery voltage. screwed in .3
