[Urgent] Phone only turns on to connect to iTunes screen

i installed off cydia , rebooted phone. after words went configure screen , kept going after finish it. decided restore iphone. downloaded ipsw file , used sn0wbreeze create custom baseband preserved ipsw. tried put in dfu mode phone won't go in it? (when turn on, shows apple logo, shows connect itunes. , when can restore it, 1604 error.) have host file edit, nothing happens.
wrong? when turn on, goes connect itunes screen.
