Jailbreaking iPhone 3GS

i have iphone 3gs running ios 5.0.1. w/ 06.15.00 baseband.

it's at&t iphone i'm trying on t-mobile.

problem i've install cydia , ultrasn0w iphone fails pick cellular signal t-mobile or at&t sim card installed. reads "no service."

there proper step step directions can follow or doing wrong here? or have totally bricked iphone?

 

try reinstalling ipad bb using redsnow.
