Really disappointed with Apple today...

i have ipad 2 smart cover. noticed starting mark side of ipad called apple request replacement. guy spoke said set up. explained me overnighted house , need put hold on credit card. understandable, know trying steal it. said hold released when send old cover back, materials need (box & return label) included smart cover.

later found out guy lied me said. cover not overnighted (no big deal, didn't need asap. came fedex ground). charged in full ipad 2 smart cover + tax , upon receiving new cover, didn't have send with. @ point i'm furious , add insult injury @ online banking , notice charge has been made account. never authorized charge , set me on edge.

i've been off , on phone senior advisor apple last 2 days. explained 2 charges account shouldn't there, rep spoke lied shipping , claim receive materials need send back. senior advisor spoke seemed clueless. on phone hour , had somewhere be, emailed me contact information , called him when got home. no answer. call next day. no answer. decide stop screwing around @ point , dispute both charges bank. charge smart cover pending investigation , other small charge credited account no questions asked.

guy calls back. tell him both charges have been disputed , it's matter of returning god forsaken smart cover can put behind me. can't find order. anywhere. guy later finds out not set replacement @ all, purchase. apple not expecting shipped me. idiot spoke in first place screwed up. after spending hour , half on phone senior advisor tonight, left off this: can keep smart cover , dispute charge underway.

has been huge time waster , there technically still no resolution. love apple experience had tonight not standards.

 

sadly happens.
have had insane problem applecare.....
yet solve (essentially forgot enroll auto enroll, did not physical receipt, , there ebill not in system.. post if want me post "map" of of it..."
had issue apple charging 480$ (triple charge)
...and when requested refund not respond..

hope problem fixed have cost 700$
