How to get iPad 2 settings on new iPad next week?

hey guys,

may dumb question, new ios. how can settings, email, apps, ipad 2, new ipad next week? simple? videos , not? simple syncing , backing itunes right before sync new 1 macbook?

everyone!

 

if signed icloud, there should option backup on ipad 2 cloud. once ipad 3, should able restore cloud backup file.
