Best way/app to setup FTP server?

i want send backups of our website mac @ home on weekly basis. best way can see how create script send files mac via ftp.

best way go this? there go app this?

p.s. 2010 imac, lion.

 

why don't check hosting service? don't give enough info answer question, or tell software host running.
