Problem with Outlook 2011 for Mac search facility

hi all,

new member forum have scanned on before joining in order resolve problems - time though can't quite find solution i'm after.

search facility in outlook 2011 has stopped working. thing has changed , must have caused installed mainmenu give imac bit of spring clean. has done job nicely exception of breaking feature in outlook. regardless of search return "no results" if there emails searched content in folder

new macs grateful if explain how fix possible!
