Fee agreement between freelancer / company

im producing 10min or documentary on nightclub / dance music brand (decided after budget had been set).

want sort of profit share, video sold on online store (where sell digital downloads etc)..

need in writing before release video - straight 50/50 share. there sources 'sub contractor / sole trader fee share' contracts templates ? apart 'business in box' seems have usa based contracts. - need uk only.

or maybe overall sources have templates business needs such employing others, production management templates?

 

do think pay download mini-doc club?
