Needs a new notetaking app. Suggestions?

hey all. hope i'm posting in right place.

i'm looking new notetaking app classes. i'm using notability notetaking inclass to-do list , schedule management, both of i'm enjoying, there's few features wish @ least 1 of thiem had haven't found in other apps i've tried. i'm asking suggestions. here's things i'm looking both present , not present in either of these 2 apps alone i'd see in replacement app:

-ability both type , draw/use handwriting.
-wristguard while handwriting, since drop hand on page when write
-that thing handwriting automatically shrunk fit notes page
-bullets, sub-bullets, sub-sub-bullets, italics , bold fonts
-ability include images, graphs , charts
-the ability post schedule , file notes accordingly
-a built-in to-do list notification reminders
-dropbox integration (or commonly used file storage similar it).
-(optional) cross-platform app use on iphone well, can review notes more on go convenient ipad.

-finally, , toughest, ability store files (or in case, professors files) in-house. in order true all-in-one organizer, have able store lectures , syllabus, in word document or powerpoint, in same app. i'm not opposed reformatting them pdf's or if have to.

exist, or asking much?

notability and/or penultimate
