Mac Mini server not really serving

i have mac mini server running snow leopard. new macs serves , kinda learning trial , error. have 2 epson scanners gts50 , v30. neither of them accessible of other computers on network, nor label maker, labelwriter 450. if log server, can use them way. else had similar problem?

if so, able resolve issue?
