Need help unlocking iPhone 3gs

so here little background information...

got new iphone 3gs running ios 5.0.1 apple store last week. inserted tmobile sim , surprisingly recognized without having install ultrasn0w. used samprefs activate , had functional 3gs. noticed few days later couldnt access internet unless had wifi after doing little research (stupidly) decided restore network settings straight device. after doing this, iphone rebooted , no longer recognized tmobile sim , said "no service."

unsure next. baseband 05.16.05 , serial number xxx153 cannot change baseband 06.15.00. need unlocking device work on tmobile again not know begin.

 

nothing can unlock it.
try restore or dfu restore. weird how recognized , worked tmobile usa sim before , stopped.
either way cant install ipad bb on phone dont try or fry radio chip in it.
