iChat Screen Share fails

i have 3 imac's @ 2 different locations. can screen share using imac without problems @ location 1, @ location 2 fails. isn't first time i've ever seen type of issue, , i've updated every mac newest updates restart machines, log out, delete ichat accounts, etc nothing works.

idea why people these errors? new imacs bought 2 months ago, trying communicate macbook air , pro purchased in time frame.

 

probably firewall problem. have control on router @ location you're having trouble?
