Drag and Drop Problem

i have issue in lion when dragging something, icon/image gets stuck cursor. while it's stuck cursor, nothing can done mouse. way remedy quit whatever program you're running, or if in os proper relaunching finder. i've found not occur in safe-mode, perhaps secondary os causing this..?

sleeping , waking mbp has worked many.

broken drag & drop in finder
