Do you think going with an 09 is a good plan B?

iam going buying macbook pro in coming months. cannot see i5 15 inch 2010 ones coming down in price enough me afford it, plan b thought go macbook pro 15 inch 09.
idea? rather have 13 inch 2010 macbook pro if honest size. but, 09 value money, can 2.8 c2d 15'' 1 good.
