New Safari UI is terrible

i used have ipad 2 in it's stages maybe 5.0 or earlier firmware new safari??

every time try , scroll top tapping near status bar area @ times pull safari address bar instead. when want go , hit left arrow i'll close tab accidentally. close each other it's pretty annoying.

tabs , seems snappy things mentioned take away it.
