NVIDIA graphics card + 2 displays - cables don't fit

hope ok place post - couldn't find searching... have 2007 mac pro nvidia geforce 8800 gt graphics card, , 30" apple display. want plug in second display older 22" apple display plugs of 2 displays big, , can't plug them both in @ once. else know or if there kind of adapter or extension cable can plug in 1 of them can both displays hooked up? kind of weird post know, hoping randomly know kind of cable / solution can have this... ?

 

there 10cm dvi-dvi adapter apple provides purpose.
