VoiceTime?

sick , tired of lack of signal in 4 block radius right around house, i've got great wifi @ home...

so... why can't make voice calls 1 ios device on wifi can facetime? seems crazier it's easier me have video conference on phone have voice call.

cannot original idea... if apple doing facetime , imessages, why not voice? surely can't afraid of upsetting cell carriers, , have chance make call quality indefinitely better lackluster quality have on cell towers.

thoughts? great see in ios 6.
