Amateur on a Professional Job

hey guys

after bit of help, been working client who's starting new night club event. i've far done promotional work , intro video's dj's on way. he'd crew of 3/4 people shoot festivities on opening night have proper trailer night.

question have experience @ night club videography , if suggest in way of camera, lens, frame rate etc. etc.

shoot on dslr, student money issue. light set that's going in club regular club lots of stage , strobe lights etc etc. there co2 canon's confetti, pyrotechnic suits , stunts.

have 60d , top end 50mm lens should extending lens or looking hire better camera crew.

knowing absolutely nothing it, not gear, how chose handle gear makes or breaks deal.

said, go clubbing , figure out how best shoot you've got. can must have lens hood.

edit: oh , external mic if want usable sound, 60d's mic sound of angry cat.. hshshsh hshshssss
