..Searched but: Is There A Way to Add Songs & STILL have iTunes Match on iPhone?

i dont want lose music & mixtapes have saved on iphone, want turn itunes match music have backed can have on here. reason when synch ipod, removes of hard copy songs move device. how change this..?

mixtapes , own music, more likely, won't matched (although there mixtapes on itunes) it'll uploaded cloud. go idevice , download music cloud. no need sync anything.
