so i've had imac few years now, , couldn't happier it. today decided switch out crappy linksys wireless router airport extreme. again, couldn't happier. while @ store, decided pick mac wireless keyboard replace wired 1 came imac.
here's question lies. setup keyboard without problem, of f keys weren't working properly. figured out how fix in system preferences. keys f7 f12 aren't working. reverse, play/pause, forward, , volume keys. have same layout wired keyboard, they're not doing when press them on wireless keyboard. i've spent long time looking around system preferences , can't find how them work. suggestions?
what version of mac os x have on computer? meet requirements listed on packaging wireless keyboard? wireless keyboard may have been hardcoded work 10.7 there may buttons fail activate if not running 10.7 on mac.
