SEO – FAQ section a good idea?

i've put site in wordpress client in legal profession. he's asking me if faq section idea seo point of view? he's concerned of cost of writing copy. section double amount of text in site thinking idea seo-wise. people think?

 

having more written content seo. other seo reasons faq section have anyway, answer visitors questions may want know answer without them putting in effort of emailing question when instead may go site answers question.
