iTunes match on original iPad

i have original ipad 3g (ipad 1), 16gb, , of time still runs great.

subscribe itunes match, on macbook air, windows laptop , iphone 4s works well.

however, on ipad 1, match seems have slowed down music app completely. it's sluggish, very slow, , of time won't play tracks. have large itunes library (around 11,000 songs) , theory maybe processor in original ipad can't handle scrolling , managing large libraries.

on iphone 4s, have none of these problems. itunes match runs well, , hardware seems handle large library easily. both iphone 4s , ipad running ios 5.1, had issue on ios 5.0 previously.

else have issue original ipad? suggestions can improve performance?

 

mine pretty bad awhile. seems better 5.1
