ATV 3 Netflix audio sync issue?

i've noticed 4 separate times while watching netflix on new apple tv 3 audio second or 2 out of sync video. stopping , restarting (hitting menu , going , resuming) fixes it. hasn't ever happened on of other devices. common apple tvs? first one. it's kind of annoying.

had issue yesterday. might netflix problem. correct, stopping video , playing again seem fix syncing problem. played tv show itunes , worked fine.
