iCloud and Music

good day folks!

not sure how explain question, try best. issue having is, in itunes, under devices showing 4+ gigs of music. use icloud , match, how clear cache (music have downloaded icloud, it's not taking 4 gigs of music on iphone? on iphone self, showing have 8 gigs available, in itunes under device, showing, on capacity, , lists songs have listened icloud.
please ask me any questions, if need further information.
