Differences Between MC723LL/A and MD318LL/A?

first time posting. i'm planning buy mbp 15. first mac.

found deal (at least think it's deal) @ local store brand new mc723ll/a $1,500 (before taxes - $1,650 taxes). refreshed model, md318ll/a, goes $1,700 (no taxes on amazon).

other mc723ll/a coming sl instead of lion, 750gb drive vs 500gb drive, , 1gb of video memory vs 512mb of video memory, other differences should aware of?
