"unable to check for update"

i own iphone 4s , ipad2 , while trying update ota check update 30 seconds , tell me "unable check update, error has occurred while checking software update". happening else?

 

i've been having ever since update available......supposedly it's servers being clogged, now, more 24 hours later, i'm starting wonder........
