Safest, most reliable PC GPU for MP?

i have gtx 285 currently, , upgrade. i'm trying read lot here flashing, roms , rest of it, , while don't mind flashing card, want play games in windows/steam, seems cards here don't do.

best option here? i'd pc card worlds cheaper.
