RAM Question for MPB 13''

question ram upgrade late 2011 13'' mbp.

i've read somewhere when upgrading should match same speed default 1 (1333mhz)? bad/won't work if don't?

heard kingston better brand, it's more expensive (~20-30$ more). better? or 1 posted suffice?

lastly, 8gb max expandable? , i've read guide windows 7 uses 3gb @ most, still worth upgrading base 4gb?
