iMessage Not Delivered but Read?

began happening me in afternoon yesterday imessage , when imessage me plagues phone in exact same way wish imessage.

when send message sends normally. says delivered split second. jumps not delivered. , read pops after recipient has read it.

messages on computer doesnt work @ (ml) , on phone works weirdly. ive tried resetting imessage settings. ive asked people i've been texting reset theirs. ive restarted computer. nothing working. running 5.1 beta 3 , running 5.0.1 normal.

has experienced this? else having problems imessage working correctly?

on fido in canada. other contacts on fido, bell, telus , rogers dont think network thing since going on wifi doesnt change thing.

appreciated.

 

i started having exact same issue today , can't figure out. i've resets network settings, turned imessage off , on, rebooted phone, logged out of apple id , in no avail!!!
