iPhone video publishing

does else have issues publishing videos youtube iphone? recorded 2 min clip , said take 3 hours post on youtube , other site. pictures take forever well. me or there i'm doing incorrectly?

can't text / e-mail clip either.

 

nobody? guess i'll ask when see apple tomorrow.
