Incorrect number of songs downloaded to phone?

in settings both of phones show have 95 songs stored have deleted songs on 4s , on 4 adds 95 number have downloaded. else have issue?

dunno if sorta same problem. when transfer song album iphone 4s itunes (10.6 win7 64bit). if i'm transfering album , trying transfer while last 1 still transfering, cut off first transfering. have 1 transfer @ time:| , not before, stack in que transfer
