iCloud Storage

hi guys, not long joined forum, little question icloud storage,
few days ago had message on 4s saying icloud storage full,
went , deleted few things not needed,
helped little today got message again, iv got 90mb left out of 5.0gb,
synced phone , in itunes click computer instead of icloud,
know can buy more storage im wanting know guys do,
buy more storage or computer? there benefits backing on phone?

 

in icloud settings on phone, click on 'storage , backup' , 'manage storage.'

take there. there particular apps taking lot of space in backup? need them to? exclude some. example, don't facebook data.

also, photo roll? have lots of videos in there? maybe copy of them computer , erase them phone.
