error code -50 - unable to delete file

i placed .mp3 "automatically add itunes" folder , it's stuck. won't remove after adding library , keeps generating duplicates of song in itunes (were on 100 dupes earlier).

when try manually delete it, following error:

the operation can’t completed because unexpected error occurred (error code -50).​

it's not locked , i'm not sure how solve ... suggestions?

 

restart , try again.
