Boot Camp says I need 10GB of free space but I have 44GB

hi,

i'm trying make boot camp partition can install windows. i've got 64gb ssd lion 10.7.2 on it, , i've got 18gb used , 44.6gb free space available right now. had 22gb free space available , have been clearing off as can, there's not else can remove now...

on earth wrong it?

 

even though says 10gb need 20gb. said had 22 free strange, i've managed make windows partition 64gb macbook air before.
