Verizon speeds

cuious if having 3g speed issues on verizon today preferably near baltimore or dc.

here speed test few minutes ago. note had 3 - 4 bars , 3g when tested took screen shot in basement no signal.



have 4g tablet that's still pulling 25mb , when switch cdma still 2-3mb.

wifi test on there slow in comparison other devices own.

i've tried reboot phone (home + power 10 sec) didn't help. want establish whether it's network hiccup before try resetting it.

guys think? faulty device? bad network? needs reset?

 

unfortunately, have verizon iphone. 1 drawback. hate data speeds. looks normal me.
