PowerMac G5 Quad Underclocking RAM?

hello all,

installed 2gb ddr2 667mhz sticks of ram in powermac , reason, it's showing ddr2-400mhz ram...any ideas why it's doing this? i'm aware shouldn't show @ full speed because g5 quad can reach 533mhz ram speeds, don't understand why possibly under-clock way 400mhz. i've tried installing in different slots , didn't help. everyone.

attached files:

it throttle ram down slowest module's speed.

if have 1 single module that's slower, of others throttled match.

try removing 1 stick of ram , check then. shut down, put stick in , remove , repeat until you've removed each @ least once.
