iPad 4G Help

hello!
i'm considering buying ipad i'm worried 4g lte.
thing over-price ipads in country i'm lucky i'm visiting usa next week buy ipad 2x cheaper.
but...
mobile operators support 4g in country isn't problem. work? see at&t , verizon ipads. can , explain me should do?

 

4g/lte available united states carriers. won't compatible other country 4g/lte installations. either model support 3g such hspa+ , wcdma.
