Uploading to youtube

hey yall uploaded video iphone 4s youtube , reason has 2 black bars on each side, trying show small iphone screen onto computer? wtf. how fix this?

...in case don't know: on iphone click home button , lock button @ same time, photo in camera roll. on mac press command-shift-3 , photo on desktop.
