wondered if offer assistance following issue have.
have 3 email accounts set in imail: 1) gmail personal account; 2) work email (that runs through gmail (it school account, i'm teacher); 3) university email run through microsoft exchange server.
no issues 3) @ all.
can start messages , send whichever account specify, that's not issue. however, when emails me work account (2), when reply looks though sent work email, ends going personal (1) email!?
really, confused!
using both imap, have it? both using same port number, have it?
/ suggestions can give.
the macos x bundled email client mail, not imail. imail windows-based email server.
problem, appears though not have university outgoing mail server configured access outside university domain. mail falls through smtp server configured, happens smtp server personal account.
work email on exchange server. can accessed outside domain outlook web access webmail client. apparently, can access incoming mail outside university domain. need determine if possible access outgoing mail same way. if can, need proper configuration settings so. university's staff can give information. if university not have tech support web page.
