no service

just turned on new verizon ipad , verizon flashed @ top , says no service. know verizon service area. tried at&t skim , nothing. normal if not activated cell service or there problem ipad.

 

have gone through set process yet? if didn't connect wifi , haven't signed cellular - "no service."
