Boot up delay (black screen) on Win7 using Bootcamp

when first installed win7 on 2009 late model unibody booted pretty quick. when boot black screen. can move mouse pointer around , after 3-5 minutes on black screen go win7 desktop. have no programs opening @ boot since did clean install.

i've installed evernote, chrome, visual studio 2010 (custom install c++ only) on win7. there issue?

no issues when booting mac way.
