iBlacklist busy signal

i have setup whitelist action busy signal call non-whitelist user gets redirect voicemail, how can busy signal? on verizon network if helps. thanks.

 

go home screen , @ bottom of list , click reinforce. check in section make sure force calls off. turned on @ 1 point , redirected calls, incoming , outgoing, iblacklist. sucked had uninstall iblacklist use ifile make sure out of phones system reinstall before worked. make sure force calls off
