To anyone who has been forcefully switched by AT&T to the $45 data tethering plan...

... can switch data plan same day?

4s jailbreak coming out in next few days means miwi available at&t has been sending notices tether upgraded automatically at&t $30 unlimited or $25 data plans ----> $45 tethering plan

so have $25/mo 2 gb plan:
-- i'm using miwi tether , at&t catches me
-- at&t upgrades me $45/mo tethering plan
can log online at&t account , change data plan $25/mo 2gb plan same day avoid higher cost , continue tethering?

or perhaps call at&t customer service , have rep change me $25/mo data plan?

wondering answer has (hopefully) been through , can tell me yes true based on personal experience dealing this.

couldn't find on situation reading through various tethering threads.

you could, if at&t finds tethering again, they're liable out right on tethering plan.
