How to go from tethered to untethered JB?

i have iphone 4 running 5.0.1 tethered redsnow jb

understand there's un-tethered jb out now. how jb new version, when i'm jb'd?

untethered jb should use?

in case i'd fire cydia , install corona. it's simplest method.
