iphone apps on ipad?

when ipad, should download samen apps have on iphone? or use different apps daily use?

 

if it's iphone app not able download ipad. there cross-device applications work on both ipad , iphone (i.e modern combat 3). otherwise have buy 2 of same apps each device (one on iphone , 1 on ipad)
