What happened to the "Make My Life Easier" button in Cydia?

i jb'ed ipad 2 yesterday. today, hoping find "make life easier" button in cydia, it's not there.

should there? why isn't it?

 

i think saurik took option away , automatically stored shsh blobs every device connected servers. shsh blobs useless a5 device doesn't matter anyways have looked @ top of home page in cydia see blobs saved device?
