Using redsn0w, receiving several jailbreak errors for iphone 4

i restored phone stock firmware after going through of this, , after following directions provided in thread, i'm still not able rejailbreak. i've downloaded ipsw gsm iphone 4 on 5.0.1, selected in redsn0w version 0.9.10b5c, put phone dfu mode (as noted recovery message in itunes), , redsn0w gives me 1 of following errors each time:

-usb communication problem
-no identifying data fetched
-unexpected error
-exploit failed

doing wrong?

 

in redsn0w extra's tab go select ipsw, manual select stock 5.01 ipsw downloaded , try jailbreak again
