i downloaded folders in folders (after making else way wanted new 4s jailbreak on past 24 hours) it's respringing (spinning circle 10 minutes or now) i've tried hard reset , still this, tips or stuck having restore , rejailbreak?

hmmm, have similar problem 4s jailbreak required connect itunes , restore it. however, read iphone 4s cannot restored @ time. understanding correct?
