Help merging notes from iPad and iCloud

i need merging notes ipad , sending them icloud. seems notes on ipad separated in two: "on ipad" , "icloud" , can't seem find way send ipad icloud.

i've tried deleting icloud ipad , syncing again , doesn't ask me merge notes, i've tried syncing mac , again icloud , nothing happens. appreciate help, thanks.

 

open mail on mac , find notes, right click 1 , choose copy > notes > icloud.

might work.
