mac mini as a jukebox

i'm in process of building jukebox in basement. i've decided use mini in game room. have 1 running theatre owc mercury elite pro qx2 6.0 tb of hard drive storage! 1 brain of 15" touchscreen jukebox. i'm using kit jukebox: http://www.mameroom.com/products_jukebox_kit.asp here's gets tricky. planar 15" touchscreen windows only. need either use fusion or totally wipe hd , install windows 7 only! best jukebox software on windows well. has tried this? mini such efficient little machine it'll pay energy savings in short time. have on off button wired outside of cabinet don't have open in. i'm not quite sure if touchscreen allow me wake mini when running windows. tips appreciated. post pictures project starts come together. touchscreen here tomorrow. cabinet here in week

 

the touchscreen, if usb interface, should register mouse click. windows 7 should wake when pressed. wouldn't recommend virtualizing when going route. devices can switched around when waking sleep. plus reboots require fit of fiddling working again. i'd go boot camp route here.

edit: i'd leave small (<30 gb) partition osx installed. that's way you'll firmware updates.
